The Battle for Border Security Escalates

President Donald Trump’s decisive action to deport nearly 300 illegal aliens linked to the Venezuelan terrorist gang Tren de Aragua (TdA) using the 1798 Alien Enemies Act has been met with resistance from an Obama-appointed federal judge, James Boasberg. Despite clear authority under this constitutional wartime power, Boasberg issued a temporary restraining order to halt the deportations, prompting a fiery response from the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Attorney General Pam Bondi.

The DOJ filed a scathing rebuke against the judge’s overreach, stating: “Plaintiffs cannot use these proceedings to interfere with the President’s national-security and foreign-affairs authority, and the Court lacks the jurisdiction to do so.” Bondi condemned the ruling as a “grave incursion” on executive power, vowing to defend Trump’s constitutional duty to protect Americans from foreign invaders.

Tren de Aragua: A Clear and Present Danger

Tren de Aragua, a brutal transnational gang born in Venezuelan prisons, has infiltrated U.S. cities, engaging in sex trafficking, drug cartel operations, and violent crimes. Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act—last used during World War II—to swiftly remove these threats, but activist judges intervened.

“These individuals are foreign terrorists. The president has identified and designated them.”
— Attorney General Pam Bondi, Fox News Interview, March 17, 2025

Despite Boasberg’s order, three deportation flights had already departed, landing 137 gang members in El Salvador. The DOJ confirmed compliance with the court’s written order but rejected its authority to micromanage national security decisions.

Trump’s Constitutional Authority Under Fire

The Alien Enemies Act grants the president unambiguous power to expel foreign threats during wartime. Trump’s proclamation designating TdA as an “invading force” triggered this authority, yet the D.C. District Court bizarrely claimed jurisdiction over wartime executive actions.

“The government complied with the Court’s temporary restraining order… despite its powerful jurisdictional objections.”
DOJ Legal Filing, March 16, 2025

Radical groups like the ACLU rushed to file lawsuits, but the DOJ emphasized that courts have no constitutional role in reviewing the president’s wartime decisions. Bondi warned: “This order disregards well-established authority regarding President Trump’s power, and it puts the public and law enforcement at risk.”

Deep State Operatives Side with Criminals

Judge Boasberg’s defiance mirrors a pattern of deep state sabotage. The DOJ revealed that Boasberg demanded sensitive flight details under the guise of “transparency,” risking national security. When pressed, his reasoning collapsed:

“You’re indicating that you thought you could ignore [the order] because it wasn’t in writing.”
— Judge Boasberg to DOJ lawyer, NBC News

The DOJ has petitioned to remove Boasberg from the case, citing his reckless endangerment of foreign operations. Meanwhile, mainstream media outlets like NBC and The Washington Post parrot the false narrative that Trump “defied” the court—ignoring that flights departed before the ruling.

Stand with President Trump Against the Swamp

The left’s alliance with violent foreign gangs exposes their contempt for American sovereignty. While Biden’s open borders imported this crisis, Trump is cleaning it up—and the deep state is panicking.
