A joint Breitbart-GAI investigation has uncovered a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) front operation operating freely just 10 minutes from Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s mansion. The brutalist building at 1300 North Eustis Street in St. Paul houses the Overseas Chinese Service Center of Minnesota (OCSC) – a covert CCP hub masquerading as a cultural center.

The CCP’s Minnesota nerve center runs through a University of Minnesota email account belonging to OCSC leader Dr. Bingwen Yan – a CCP-appointed “Consular Protection Liaison Officer.” Despite Yan leaving the university in 2015, his .edu address remains the OCSC’s official contact on Chinese government websites.
