Windom collaborated with Thibault to draft predicating language for opening Arctic Frost and worked closely with other agencies to advance the case. Biden White House’s Complicity in Targeting Trump
Perhaps most alarming is the Biden White House’s role in facilitating Arctic Frost. Records show that Deputy White House Counsel Jonathan Su coordinated directly with FBI officials to hand over Trump and Pence’s cell phones without requiring a warrant. Emails reveal that Su personally arranged logistics for FBI agents to retrieve the phones from White House grounds, ensuring they were entered into evidence for Arctic Frost.
This level of cooperation between the Biden administration and anti-Trump FBI agents paints a troubling picture of political interference in what should have been an impartial investigation.
